Aisle233 Marketplace ERP

Multi-vendor Commerce · Operations · Ghana

Aisle233 is a Ghanaian marketplace platform that needed more than a storefront — they needed a complete back-office system to run their vendor network, product catalog, and day-to-day operations. Edbrayne designed and built the custom ERP layer that sits behind the marketplace, keeping catalog, orders, and operations connected in one place.

The Challenge

As Aisle233 grew their vendor base, the cracks in managing everything through disconnected tools became impossible to ignore. Product catalogs lived in spreadsheets. Order tracking was manual. Vendors had no direct way to update their listings or check their sales status. Operations staff were spending hours every week reconciling data across systems that weren't built to talk to each other.

The business needed a single operational system that vendors, operations staff, and management could each use — with the right level of access and the right data for each role.

Our Solution

Edbrayne built a custom marketplace ERP tailored to how Aisle233 actually operated. The system covers vendor onboarding and management, a structured product catalog with category and attribute management, order processing and status tracking, and a reporting layer that gives management visibility across the entire operation.

Vendors access a dedicated portal where they can manage their own listings, monitor stock levels, and track orders — without needing to go through the operations team for every update. This reduced the manual load on staff significantly and gave vendors direct accountability over their own data.

The ERP was designed to grow with the business: modular enough to add new vendor types, product categories, or operational workflows without a rebuild.
